We design all our beds and select our fabrics with the intention of creating beds to complement the home.

The Deluxe Cocoon Cave Bed is known for its thick tubular bolster pillow that creates a ring of supported comfort to engulf our dogs in blissful comfort giving them their very own sanctuary. This bed has had every component handpicked to provide you with the best quality fabrics and inserts. The Outer is a grey polyester mix that creates a hard-wearing hood while still looking attractive. The Internal of the Cocoon Cave Bed is lined with luxurious and hardwearing teddy fur, soft to the touch but made to last.

In true collared creatures style, this fantastic bed is unique to us and has the following features. The hood comes with a removable piece of felt that creates a hardened external structure giving an igloo-type look. The Deluxe cocoon has a removable + Reversible 10 cm solid spring foam pillow, which makes for pure comfort yet firm for the older dog, this essentially can act as a separate bed and is easily removed. The Deluxe cocoon comes with a removable tube, to act as support for the front of the hood helping your dog to enter the bed. We have also added the choice of the bed coming with or without curtains, simply slip the curtains over the front of the bed, and underneath. The curtains help with anxiety in dogs by enclosing them in a secure and safe den.

This Bed can be used as described above but can also be utilised as a flat hooded cocoon, giving you multiple ways of letting your dog enjoy their well-deserved rest.

The Deluxe Cocoon Cave bed is not only beautifully comfortable it’s also hard-wearing and practical.

 Washing instructions: 30-degree machine wash,  please do not tumble dry.

The tubing in the hood must be removed before washing and reinserted after it is dried. Washing the cover with tubing may cause the cover to tear. (See washing instructions for more info)

Putting the bed together 

Due to size restrictions with couriers, the beds are supplied unassembled, There are 4 parts, the outer cover, the foam base, the foam for the hood and a plyable hoop to be inserted via a zip on the outer cover.

The easiest way to assemble is 

1: Lay the outer cover on a flat surface with the inside of the hood facing you

2: Unzip the hood zip and insert the foam into the hood, it is a very snug fit as it needs to hold the hood up, it may take a bit of maneuvering to get it Into the correct position, the straight edge should be on the rim of the hood,  push it into the seams at the back of the hood.

3: Turn the cover over and push the foam into the base of the bed.

4: Insert the hoop into the side of the hood via the zip.

Small 60cm Outer Dia, internal sleep area 40cm:- Suited to small toy breeds like chihuahuas

Medium 85cm Outer Dia, internal sleep area 58cm:- Suited to smaller breeds, Jack Russells, Shih Tzu,  Daschund and Yorkshire terriers, French bulldogs, cocker spaniels,

Large 100cm Outer Dia, internal sleep area 72cm:- Suited to medium-sized breeds, Beagles, small-to- to medium-sized Vizslas, Springer Spaniels, Whippets, Staffordshire bull terriers. Small to medium GSPs.

Extra Large 125cm, internal sleep area 90cm:- suited to bigger breeds or two dogs sharing, large Weimaraner, larger Vizslas, Greyhounds, larger GSPs and German Shepherds, Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Great Danes, deerhounds, and mastiffs, will fit most larger breeds, **** Please ensure you have room for this as it's a large bed ****

Lavage : Retirer le couvercle et laver en machine à 30°C. Utilisez un cycle délicat avec un détergent doux pour de meilleurs résultats.

Séchage : Sécher à l'air libre uniquement - suspendre ou poser à plat pour sécher. Le tissu sèche rapidement et sera prêt à l'emploi en un rien de temps.

Ce qu'il faut éviter : Évitez les assouplissants, car ils risquent d'altérer les propriétés du tissu. Nous déconseillons le séchage au sèche-linge, le blanchiment et le repassage, qui risquent d'endommager le tissu et de nuire à la forme et au confort du lit.

Conseils d'entretien : Entre deux lavages, essuyez la housse avec un chiffon humide pour préserver sa fraîcheur. Passez régulièrement l'aspirateur sur le lit pour éliminer les poils d'animaux, la saleté et les débris. Nettoyez immédiatement les petites taches pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats.

Important : Retirez la tige interne et l'insert de la hotte (le cas échéant) avant le lavage. Ne pas sécher au sèche-linge.
