What size neck does this collar fit?
These collars fit neck sizes between 21cm and 28cm. Please measure your dog’s neck in centimetres for the best fit. Do not use the length of an old collar as a reference.
How do I measure my dog’s neck for this collar?
Measure around the base of your dog’s neck using a soft tape measure. Allow space for one finger between the tape and the neck. Choose the closest size match — if in doubt, leave a note at checkout and we’ll customise the fit.
Are the collars adjustable?
No. To keep them ultra-light for toy breeds, these collars are not adjustable. That’s why it’s important to measure accurately before ordering.
Is the collar lightweight enough for toy breeds?
Yes. At just 15mm wide and made from soft, flexible Biothane, these collars are designed to be comfortable even for the smallest dogs.
Will the collar stretch or absorb water?
No. Biothane doesn’t stretch, even when wet. It stays dry and retains its shape, making it ideal for dogs who love puddles or messy walks.

Yes. Each collar comes with free name engraving on the Alumax clasp — no need for a dangling tag. We recommend including your dog’s name and a contact number.

Where is the engraving and what can I include?
The engraving is placed on the front of the Alumax clasp. You can include up to 2 lines of text, with a maximum of 11 characters per line. We recommend your dog’s name and a contact number.
