Washing: Remove the cover and machine wash at 30°C. Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent for best results.
Drying: Air dry only - hang or lay flat to dry. The fabric dries quickly and will be ready for use in no time.
What to Avoid: Avoid fabric softeners as they may affect the material's properties. We do not recommend tumble drying, bleaching or ironing as this may damage the fabric and affect the bed's shape and comfort.
Maintenance Tips: Between washes, wipe down the cover with a damp cloth to maintain freshness. Vacuum the bed regularly to remove pet hair, dirt, and debris. Spot clean minor stains immediately for best results.
Important: Remove the internal rod and hood insert (where applicable) before washing. Please do not tumble dry.

The outer cover is removable and machine washable at 30°C. For in-between cleans, you can brush or vacuum the teddy fleece to lift loose fur. An optional waterproof liner helps protect the foam base from accidents or moisture.
Will the bed lose its shape over time?
The foam base and bolster are made to retain their shape with daily use. We use high-quality inserts designed for long-lasting structure and comfort. Gentle fluffing and regular care help keep the bed looking and feeling its best.
Is the hood secure or does it sag down?
The removable hood is designed to zip on securely and create a cosy, den-like feel. While it’s flexible for comfort, it won’t collapse flat — offering dogs a sense of coverage without restricting movement. If your dog prefers more open space, it can be unzipped in seconds.
What if my dog chews zips or fabrics?
If your dog tends to chew, it’s worth noting that when the hood is removed, the zip teeth are exposed. While the materials are durable, no bed is fully chew-proof. For known chewers, we recommend supervised use or keeping the hood attached.
