The Collared Creatures Luxury Dog Cave Bed has been redesigned with a plush new two-tone inner fabric, a hood that zips off so the bed can be used as a flatbed in the warmer months, and has a more rigid hood, with a removable piece of foam that is inserted into the hood. made from a very heavy grade upholstery material on the outside and a very thick and luxurious faux fur fabric inside This material gives a more modern look while adding durability and longevity to the bed.

The luxury Grey Cave Bed Is made from only the highest quality handpicked fabrics. The Outer is a Grey upholstery material that creates a hardwearing hood while still looking attractive. The Internal of the Cave Bed is lined with a Luxury plush faux Fur two-tone Fabric. Soft to the touch but made to last.
Collared Creatures cave beds also feature a removable rod to give it a raised arch,a hood that zips off so the bed can be used as a flatbed in the warmer months, and the hood is more rigid, it has a removable piece of foam in the hood and this is to make it easier for your dog to enter the cave. The bed can be used in two ways and you will find that some dogs prefer to enter the bed themselves and see the raising of the hood as a fun little game. It is also common that many dogs prefer to use the hood as a blanket so that they can be engulfed in blissful comfort.
Our Cave beds have a piece of tubing in the hood You will find a small zip at the bottom of the arch to access the removable tubing if necessary. The Cave bed is guaranteed to keep your dog warm and safe even on the coldest of nights.
Washing instructions
The tubing & foam in the hood must be removed before washing and reinserted after it is dried. Washing the cover with tubing may cause the cover to tear. (see washing instructions for more info)

Returns and Refund Policy
To reduce disappointment, if you have any doubts over what will be a perfect size of any product, we would recommend contacting us. Please use the contact form.
Collared Creatures endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple 14-Day "No Quibble Guarantee" returns policy.
If any item is unsuitable, you can return it to Collared Creatures, Cross Hill Cottage, Highgate, Balne, Goole, DN14 0ES If your goods are faulty we will credit back the return postage, If the product you have ordered is not what you expected or unsuitable, we are not able to refund any postal costs.
If the 14-day period has lapsed, subject to items being returned to us in perfect condition, you will be offered a credit note to the full product value, redeemable at any time over the following 3 months by simply calling us on 0333 577 7770.
We suggest sending items back to us using a recorded delivery service for your own peace of mind and proof of delivery. Collared Creatures cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in return transit. Return carriage postage costs are not reimbursable.
When returning an item, the following information must be clearly detailed;
1. Customer name
2. Order number or reference
3. Date of your order
4. Product Code and Quantity of the item you would like to cancel.
Any items returned must not have been used or worn as this will result in a refusal to refund. Sale Items are also non-refundable.
Once we have received your returned goods they will be subject to inspection, pending a full refund or exchange.
Items returned for refunds, that are received after 14 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of Collared Creatures.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
