Order by these dates for delivery before Christmas:

Handmade Products (Collars, leads, hand-made accessories) - Monday 8th December 2025

Pre-Made Products (Dog beds, coats, toys, blankets & throws) - Wednesday 17th December 2025

Order after these dates? No problem, we'll continue to make and send your orders however we can't guarantee they will be dispatched before we close for Christmas. 

We're closed: 23rd December 2025 – 5th January 2026

Our website stays open all through Christmas. Any orders placed during this period will be made and dispatched after we open on 6th January 2026.

Please note that the production time for hand-made products is 7-10 days (this may be longer during busy times).
