How long is the Biothane traffic handle?
Our traffic handles measure approximately 35 centimetres in total length, including the clasp. This provides a close but comfortable range of movement for your dog.
Is the Biothane traffic handle waterproof?
Yes. The handle is made from PVC/TPU-coated Biothane which is fully waterproof, rot-proof, mud-proof, and smell-resistant. It is perfect for wet walks or muddy conditions and is quick to rinse clean.
What width should I choose: 20mm or 25mm?
Both widths are durable and strong. Choose 20mm for a lighter, more flexible feel, or 25mm for added strength and grip when walking larger or stronger dogs.
Is it comfortable to hold?
Yes. Biothane has a soft, leather-like feel that is smooth and comfortable in the hand. It stays comfortable to grip even in wet weather and does not absorb moisture.

Simply rinse under warm water or wipe clean with a damp cloth. For heavy dirt or mud, a bit of mild soap works well. Biothane is non-porous, so it does not trap dirt or smells.
