Our colourful handmade rope slip leads are stylish yet very durable and practical, PPM polypropylene multifilament rope is renowned for its silky shiny and smooth surface. low weight weather resistance and high breaking load. before the collar is whipped with your choice of thread the rope is stitched together with heavy-duty thread to ensure it is strong enough to withstand the usual pulling and pressure that is placed on a dog collar

Each lead is supplied with a centre stop bar, this stops the lead from becoming too tight around your dogs neck and can also be used to make a figure of 8 lead 

The leads can be made in 4 lengths, 1.2mtr, 1.5mtr, 1.8mtr, and 2.1mtr. Please select your choice of lead length.

Leads can be made with one, two, or 3 colours of whipping. We use 1.5mm paracord/1.5mm leather/1.5mm eco-leather or 2mm ppm rope. The choice is yours.

The leads are all handmade in Yorkshire with love.

Cleaning: Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap when needed. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water - do not wring or twist the rope.

Drying: Air dry by laying flat or hanging. PPM cord dries quickly.

Maintenance Tips: Brush off surface dirt between washes. PPM cord naturally resists dirt and moisture.

Yes. You can choose from over 20 rope colours and more than 40 whipping shades, plus a range of hardware finishes. Each lead is handmade to your specifications for a unique and personalised look.

What length should I choose for my dog?

Choose from 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, or 2.1m depending on your dog’s walking habits and your training needs. Shorter leads offer more control while longer leads give more freedom for relaxed walks.

What type of hardware is available?

All leads are available with your choice of Brass, Stainless Steel, Rose Gold, Black, or White clasps and rings. Each option is strong, rust resistant, and selected for both style and durability.
