With a Martindale rating of 60,000, it's rated for serious daily abrasion, which means claws, shuffling and flopping down don't wear it thin the way a cheap fleece throw would.
The duo shaded yarn gives Paddle's warm taupe tone real depth, not a flat, single tone dye job, so it reads as a proper piece of home textile rather than "pet gear."
Soft where it matters
The reverse is lined in polar fleece: lightweight, breathable and genuinely warm without the bulk. It dries fast, resists water better than cotton, and won't leave your dog overheating on a warm afternoon the way heavier fabrics can.
