Cleaning: We do not recommend putting Biothane in the washing machine. All you need to do is wipe the surface with a damp towel, baby wipe, or sanitizing wipe. Most of the time you won't even need to clean it, but if it's wet or your dog has dragged it through the mud, we would advise giving the collar a clean.

No. These collars are not adjustable and are designed for fully grown small breed dogs. Puppies grow quickly, so an adjustable collar is better suited until they reach adult size.

What size neck does this collar fit?
These collars fit neck sizes between 21cm and 28cm. Please measure your dog’s neck in centimetres for the best fit. Do not use the length of an old collar as a reference.
How do I measure my dog’s neck for this collar?
Measure around the base of your dog’s neck using a soft tape measure. Allow space for one finger between the tape and the neck. Choose the closest size match — if in doubt, leave a note at checkout and we’ll customise the fit.
Are the collars adjustable?
No. To keep them ultra-light for toy breeds, these collars are not adjustable. That’s why it’s important to measure accurately before ordering.

Yes. Each collar comes with free name engraving on the Alumax clasp — no need for a dangling tag. We recommend including your dog’s name and a contact number.
Does it come with a matching lead?
Yes. Matching Biothane leads are available to complete the look. You can choose the same colour and hardware to create a stylish, coordinated set.
Where is the engraving and what can I include?
The engraving is placed on the front of the Alumax clasp. You can include up to 2 lines of text, with a maximum of 11 characters per line. We recommend your dog’s name and a contact number.
