UK Mainland: We offer free shipping on orders over £75. Beds are dispatched within 24–48 hours, while our handmade collars, accessories and leads may take 7–10 days during busy periods. Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Cleaning: We do not recommend putting Biothane in the washing machine. All you need to do is wipe the surface with a damp towel, baby wipe, or sanitizing wipe. Most of the time you won't even need to clean it, but if it's wet or your dog has dragged it through the mud, we would advise giving the collar a clean.
