Cleaning: We do not recommend putting Biothane in the washing machine. All you need to do is wipe the surface with a damp towel, baby wipe, or sanitizing wipe. Most of the time you won't even need to clean it, but if it's wet or your dog has dragged it through the mud, we would advise giving the collar a clean.

Yes. The entire lead is made from PVC/TPU-coated Biothane which is waterproof, mud-proof, rot-proof, and smell-resistant. You can rinse it clean after wet or muddy walks and it will dry quickly without absorbing water.

How long are the handle and lead arms?
